Opening the heart to explore our inner territory, training the mind in steadiness and clarity, looking deeply in order to understand our life clearly, orientating through our personal patterns and beliefs, to the true nature of our being. Suitable for beginning and experienced meditators, there will be comprehensive instruction for sitting and walking meditation, Dharma teachings, individual and group meetings with Martin, and some inquiry dialogue practice. |
