Meditation and Qi Gong are very mutually supportive practices, benefiting one another in cultivating liberating awareness. These days of intensive practice will offer comprehensive instructions in both disciplines, Dharma teachings and personal enquiry. The practice will be held mostly in silence, with some time for discussion, meetings with the teachers, and exchange between participants.
