Using the daily rhythm of our open retreat form, this week will include comprehensive yoga instructions and practice, as well as Dharma teachings, meditation and personal enquiry. The emphasis in the yoga will be on bringing mindful attention into the movements, opening the body with care, connection and curiosity, using the postures to support the liberating awareness that we are cultivating in our dharma practice.


Malie Verdickt
is a yoga teacher graduate from he institute of french yoga (IFY). She teaches individuals and groups and runs numerous courses throughout the year. Her interest in a diverse range of techniques and approaches equips her with a wide range of 'tools' to help everyone find their own individual way. She continues to deepen her own practice and knowledge through meditation under the guidance of tibetan masters.

 Our Summer Open Retreat integrates Dharma practice and ordinary life. Sustaining the attention of meditation throughout the activities of the day, the division between our spiritual and worldly lives dissolves.
Le Moulin emphasizes living, communicating, and practicing with others in a community environment. Practicing both in silence and solitude, interaction and intimacy offers the opportunity to awaken in the very midst of our lives, to discover the Freedom that is the true nature of our own heart and of all things.
The daily schedule includes 4 meditation periods, Dharma teachings and discussion, periods for exercise and Yoga, and a work period. Mornings are silent. Visitors are expected to participate fully in the daily schedule. View the Daily Schedulepdf.
