Working and Awakening – An Engaged Retreat
Led by: Martin Aylward.

This retreat will combine Meditation practice, Dharma teachings and personal exploration, with 5 hours a day of springtime work – gardening, painting, preparing the Moulin for the summer. There will be both silent and engaged time, bringing clear and caring awareness into the whole day, in all activities, weaving together our silent and our interactive explorations of life. A powerful opportunity for integrating meditation, work, and communication.
