Summer personal practice period

an opportunity to participate in community life and develop your personal meditation practice.

The daily rhythm includes a supportive atmosphere of silent mornings and group meditation periods through the day.

At this time there will be no teacher support so participants are expected to have some background or prior experience and be relativley autonomous. 

You can arrive and leave on any day.
