  FREEDOM AND AWAKENING: an interface between Traditional Buddhism and contemporary spiritual practice
Using traditional Dharma teachings and practices, grounded in our modern lives, we will explore the way we develop our own, authentic path of awakening. Informed by ancient eastern teachings yet shaped by our own cultural and psycholoical lives, this course will be a genuine investigation of the spiritual life, and of our own awakening process.
The retreat will include both guided and solitary meditation practice, teachings and discussions, meetings with Martin, and periods of both silence and sharing.
