Moulin de Chaves Meditation Centre
(Formerly Tapovan)
Le Moulin is a place 'to be',
a place for connection with oneself, with others and with Nature. We
offer a beautiful setting, caring supportive conditions, and practices
and teachings for bringing Awakening into all of life.
Grounded in the Buddhist tradition of Vipassana or Insight Meditation,
Le Moulin hosts a varied selection of retreats, workshop and courses
with resident teacher Martin Aylward and invited teachers in both the
Buddhist tradition and in various contemporary approaches to awakening.
To stay at Le Moulin is to explore heart, body and mind through silent
meditation, individual and group guidance, discussion and dialogue, and
community support.
Be nourished by our warm supportive atmosphere, inspiring and beautiful
gardens, and delicious, mostly organic meals... as well as the
transformative inner work of training the mind and freeing the heart.
People from any or no spiritual background are welcome, with or without
previous meditation. Families are also welcome as part of our
integrated approach to awakening in the midst of life!
Whether you come and join in one of the retreats or events or just come
as a personal retreatant, staying for any length of time from May to
August….. Bienvenue, we look forward to meeting you here.
