JULY AND AUGUST – SUMMER OPEN RETREATS (SOR)
|
During these summer weeks, we offer our unique and powerful open retreat form, which combines mornings of silence and solitude with engaged, communicative afternoons. 4 daily group meditations, Daily Dharma teachings and individual meetings with resident teacher Martin Aylward support the cultivation of liberating awareness in both the silence and the interactions of the days. This is a wonderful opportunity to live, practice and work with other Dharma friends, deepening one’s meditation practice and one’s commitment to a life of liberating connection, curiosity and care in each moment. Each week of the Summer Open Retreat has a particular theme to the teachings. Comprehensive meditation instructions and support are offered, making the form equally suitable for both experienced and beginning meditators.
Minimum participation during the SOR is 3 nights, please do not arrive on a Sunday
