Booking Information
Retreats can be booked by post, or online. Upon payment all bookings are confirmed by post/email. For all bookings please provide your full name and address, telephone number, email address, age, gender (for room allocation purposes) and any medical conditions we need to know about.

Deposit
Please send 50 € deposit per person to confirm your place, or pay the full cost of the retreat at the same time.


 Cancellations
Most retreats, if you cancel more than 1 month in advance of your stay, your deposit will be refundable minus a €15 administration fee. A cancellation occurring less than 1 month before the start of a retreat will not be refunded.
There are some exceptions whereby the deposit is non-refundable, and this will be stated in the information given about that  particular retreat.
