It is possible to do your own personal retreat here at Moulin de Chaves. Being in the context of sangha, a dharma environment, the nourishment of nature and the support of a teacher are all excellent supports for deepening in individual practice

You can make your retreat while the programme of events is running or at other times of the year. 

Martin will be available to offer guidance during your retreat and for check-ins.
