Moulin de Chaves is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and open-hearted refuge for all people to explore life-transforming practices and teachings.  We are committed to cultivating an awareness and appreciation of the value of diversity and to acknowledging the need to recognise and dissolve barriers that separate us from each other. We open our doors and hearts to all social identities including all races, classes, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, abilities, cultures and ethnicities.

The retreat will include 2 periods of mindful movement each day along with silent and guided meditations, and meetings with the teachers. The movement practices are designed to greatly enhance the sensitivity and steadiness of mind in attending deeply to moment-to-moment experience, and to be integrative in bringing awareness and inquiry into all moments and activities of life.
