Depth and Breadth: a two week intensive for established practitioners

The retreat will include 2 periods of mindful movement each day along with silent and guided meditations, and meetings with the teachers. The movement practices are designed to greatly enhance the sensitivity and steadiness of mind in attending deeply to moment-to-moment experience, and to be integrative in bringing awareness and inquiry into all moments and activities of life.
