This retreat will interweave the practices of meditation with mindful movement and yoga practice, all as supports for insight, awakening, and freeing ourselves from habitual patterns. The retreat will include 2 periods of mindful movement each day along with silent and guided meditations, and meetings with the teachers. The movement practices are designed to greatly enhance the sensitivity and steadiness of mind in attending deeply to moment-to-moment experience, and to be integrative in bringing awareness and inquiry into all moments and activities of life.

This is a self retreat, a time to look after and nurture oneself. An opportunity to practice gentle Hatha Yoga, Mindful meditation, plus Restorative yoga, to foster self care and compassion. To start to let go of our habitual patterns in our body and minds, that can constrict our way of being. And instead open up to the possibility to fully rest, deeply relax and feel renewed in this moment.

This winter, we are opening the moulin for stays of anything from 2 weeks to 4 months. Living in community together, with time for meditation, communal living and sharing, and for your individual work and projects.
