Dimensions of Not-knowing:The power, depth and liberating clarity of Don’t-know mind (online via Zoom) with Martin Aylward, 31st March – 4th April, 2021
31st March – 4th April, 2021
Our world encourages us to be smart and sophisticated, yet cleverness and knowledge cannot penetrate the depths of understanding, and cannot free us from ourselves. We long for peace and love and wisdom, yet easily lose ourselves in drama and detail, trying to figure out who we are, what we should be doing and what we think about ourselves, others and life.
Genuine contemplative practice leads us into not-knowing, going beyond belief, judgement and familiar views. Over the 5 days of this online retreat, I’ll be offering this specific body of teachings and practices for the first time, exploring how not knowing can liberate and deepen our relationship to bodily life, to relationships, to our understanding of the nature of self and world and reality.
Come and join me, to explore the inner landscape beyond anything you think you know.
