Moulin de Chaves is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and open-hearted refuge for all people to explore life-transforming practices and teachings.  We are committed to cultivating an awareness and appreciation of the value of diversity and to acknowledging the need to recognise and dissolve barriers that separate us from each other. QiGong is a Chinese energy cultivation practice with Daoist and Buddhist roots, using slow, circular, fluid movements. Practiced with meditation and Dharma teachers, it awakens us to the matrix and flow of life within and around us, cultivating physical spaciousness and ease while deepening our capacity for embodied presence. This retreat, co-led by Martin Aylward and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, will combine movements sessions with silent and guided meditations, teachings on the nature of mind, and meetings with the teachers. Open to all levels and abilities.

We learn how to more wholeheartedly enjoy the delights of life and how to meet our struggles compassionately. Retreats offer room for our natural creativity and joy to bubble up and surface more and more spontaneously. Through immersing yourself in the daily yoga and mindfulness meditation classes, delighting in the delicious meals and sitting by the calming river, you will build up more physical, emotional and mental strength and flexibility.  You can then return home recharge and full of life.

Dès lors, les sens deviennent des lieux d’intuition et de créativité qui sont de précieux alliés pour faire face aux difficultés de la vie. La nature est nourrissante lorsque l’attention est présente dans l’instant. De plus, elle nous aide à percevoir l’interdépendance qui rassemble le vivant. En cela c’est une manière très directe d’expérimenter l’attention aimante.
