HEALTH, HYGIENE AND WELLBEING GUIDELINES AT LE MOULIN

We want everyone at Le Moulin to feel safe, supported, and cared for.

Below are some simple guidelines to help take care of yourself and the group during your stay.

General Health and Support

The Moulin team is here to help the retreat run smoothly, and we want to ensure a healthy, supportive environment for all participants.

If you’re feeling unwell or emotionally unsettled during the retreat, please speak with your teacher, their assistant, or Anna or Carla from the Moulin team. While we cannot offer individual care, we’ll do our best to help you find appropriate support if needed.

If you have ongoing health needs

If you are taking medication, or have a physical or mental health condition that could affect your retreat, we encourage you to let your teacher or their assistant know, either before the retreat or early on. This helps us ensure the wellbeing of everyone and allows support to be offered if needed.

If you’ve recently experienced a period of emotional or psychological difficulty (for example, depression, anxiety, or other challenges), sharing this privately with your teacher or their assistant may also be helpful.

Any important information that may affect the group’s wellbeing can be shared confidentially with Anna or Carla from the Moulin team.

If You Become Ill During the Retreat

(Colds, flu, COVID-19, stomach viruses, etc.)

If you feel unwell during the retreat, we ask you to take care of your own health while also helping to protect others. Please:
– Wear a mask in shared areas (especially in the buffet area or kitchen)
– Wash your hands often, especially before meals or when using shared surfaces
– Keep a little distance from others whenever possible
– Avoid working in the kitchen if you are sick
– At mealtimes, sit slightly apart from others to reduce the chance of spreading anything

If you have any questions or concerns about your health or wellbeing while you’re here, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support your retreat experience as best we can.
